Virginia Nayon

Dr. Cachaper has over 20 years of experience conducting research, evaluations, and enterprise reporting for projects focused on health care issues. She has held a number of roles, including research assistant within a pediatric department, a health policy associate, manager of an analytics unit, and an analyst for a Medicaid health insurance company. She is currently a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst within the department of Enterprise Analytics of Sentara Health System.

Ms. Paler has previous experience as an educator, professor, and president of Philippine Nurse Association of Virginia. She is currently an oncology bedside nurse and a professor.
