Ms. Estrada-Lyder is currently the Lead Nurse Practitioner on the Acute Pain Service at Newton Wellesley Hospital. She is also chair of the Pain Champions and serves on several hospital based committees, including Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Opioid Advisory Group Co-Chair of the Pain Subcommittee, Surgical Working Group, Mass General Brigham Substance Use Committee. She is also a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students. She serves her community by being a former Education Chair of the Massachusetts Pain Initiative and now the current Steering Council Co-chair which provides education for providers and patients on pain management.

Ms. Orbeso previously worked as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Charge Nurse. She is currently a Nursing Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. She is leading the International Employee Resource Group at Upper Valley.
